2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are shown in EUR (euro) including 21% VAT. Currency conversions for GBP, SEK, DKK, and PLN are approximate and for display purposes only; the final charge is in EUR.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
- Product images are illustrative. Wood grain, color tones, and texture may vary as each piece is made from natural materials.
- Product specifications (size, number of tiles, thickness) are listed on each product page.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed through the Website by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods available through Stripe.
- Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if products are out of stock.
4. Delivery

- We ship to all EU member states.
- Orders are dispatched within up to 14 business days from our workshop in Neuenegg, Switzerland.
- Estimated delivery time: up to 14 business days within Switzerland and the EU.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, notify us at returns@eulignera.com within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Customized or personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective.
6. Warranty and Defective Products
- Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law (Directive 1999/44/EC).
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Natural variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (product images, text, design, logos) is the property of LIGNOR AG and protected by Swiss and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in Swiss courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
