We ship to Switzerland and all 27 EU member states. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Neuenegg, Switzerland.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Orders are shipped via DHL or DPD, depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@eulignera.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We currently ship only within Switzerland and the EU. If you are outside the EU and would like to purchase, please contact us at hello@eulignera.com for a custom shipping quote.
