Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship to Switzerland and all 27 EU member states. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Neuenegg, Switzerland.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of size or destination within Switzerland and the EU.
  • Orders shipped from Switzerland to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs duties in the destination country; where applicable these are handled at delivery.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 14 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Switzerland (domestic): up to 14 business days
  • Central Europe (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium): up to 14 business days
  • Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal): up to 14 business days
  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland): up to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

5. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via DHL or DPD, depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@eulignera.com.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Shipping Outside the EU

We currently ship only within Switzerland and the EU. If you are outside the EU and would like to purchase, please contact us at hello@eulignera.com for a custom shipping quote.
